Corsica

Corsica

This is the route we planned on following :
Corsica “Ile de Beauté” did not steel its name. This Island makes you feel like you are on the other side of the world on some exotic island, instead you are a mere 1200km from Brussels.
We booked our ferry from Marsielle using sncm ferry company.
You can choose between a faster day traverse or a nightly traverse. We chose the latter, because that way we could book a sleeping cabine and the kids could rest and sleep while we were on sea. We went there midsummer (peak season). We booked nothing in advance and hardly ever we had problems to found a campground. Only the area of Bonifacio is VERY crowdy, but still this place is so magical.
