Arrived down under
A solid32hours were between us and the other side of the world. We had no issues and all luggage arrived with us.Tanne eninse will no longer be impressed by their next flights. Not once were they annoying, as a fact their behaviour was farbetter then some adults on the plane.
The rest of the day was spent with stocking up our camper “arvie” and organising our stuff.
Next day we left Auckland city with destination coromandel.
First stop : hunua falls, not highlighted in most touristic books but we would recommend it. Nice waterfall in a tropical-like forrest.
The coromandel peninsula that leads to coromandel , is a very scenic highway.
It follows the coastline and has a lot of with nice views on the surrounding mountains. It lingers from goldmine to goldmine, through old minecities. We visited a mine and tested our luck with finding our own gold…We did not find what we were hoping for.
Our first campground here is already a challenger for the price of nicest location to sleep. View on the sea and sweet sunset right from our beds.
Laters and no worries mate…
